Beginning May 2013, Crystal Geyser Water Company's Tejava® Premium Iced Tea will be commercially available in an 18 oz. PET bottle. The unique new bottle appears to be wrapped in tea leaves due to a new three-dimensional design on its exterior.
The newly designed bottle combines sophisticated designs with environmental accountability, as PET plastic bottles are extremely easy to recycle multiple times over. Currently, Tejava® sells 1 liter glass bottles and 4-packs of 12 oz. glass bottles of their RTD iced teas.
Tejava® is 100 percent all natural, microbrewed, ready-to-drink iced black tea made completely from handpicked tea leaves from the island of Java. Unsweetened and calorie free, Tejava® does not contain any added tea flavors, sweeteners, preservatives or artificial ingredients. In both 2011 and 2012, Tejava® was awarded 1st place in the North American Tea Championship Iced Tea Class in the Ready-To-Drink unflavored black tea category.
