MATCHA FORTÉ SOUR
Coconut matcha and lemon make for a zippy, tropical cocktail - that’s healthy too!
YIELD: Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 teaspoon Tea Forté Coconut Matcha
• 3 tablespoons Ketel One Citroen
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1.5 tablespoons simple syrup
• 1 egg white
PREPARATION:
Combine all the ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake first (no ice) for 15
seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake another 5 seconds. Double
strain into cocktail glass.

CHOCOLATE MATCHA GRASSHOPPER
Non-alcoholic and rich with metabolism boosting matcha, this refreshing dessert drink is irresistable.
YIELD: Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
• 1 teaspoon Tea Forté Chocolate Matcha
• 2 ounces coconut cream
• 4 ounces almond milk
• 1 ounce mint syrup
• 1/2 cup of ice
• whipped cream
• 1 sprig of mint
PREPARATION:
Combine matcha, coconut cream, almond milk, mint syrup, and ice into a cocktail shaker. Save a small pinch matcha for garnish. Shake vigorously and pour contents into a Collins glass. Top with a dash of whipped cream, mint sprig, and sprinkle of Chocolate Matcha powder.
