This week, we spoke with Yixing Tang Zhaoxia Purple Clay Art Gallery, which was founded in 2006 by Master Tang Zhaoxia, a Chinese purple sand art master. The company offers Yixing pots made of traditional dark purple clay.

1. Why are you exhibiting at World Tea Expo?
Our company has participated in the World Tea Expo for several sessions. It not only allows us to showcase our company's tea culture products, but also enables us to make friends with tea culture enthusiasts from all over the world.
2. What do you hope to gain from the Expo?
By participating in the World Tea Expo, we can obtain more orders from tea lovers.
3. What products/services will you be showing at the Expo?
We are a renowned family in the Chinese purple sand industry, with a purple sand inheritance spanning 280 years. Through participating in the World Tea Expo, we display our finest purple sand works.
4. What challenges do you see members of the tea industry facing in 2025, and how can your product/service help them overcome these obstacles?
Through our centuries-long inheritance of purple sand culture, we aim to let more tea lovers around the world understand tea culture and add more joy to their lives.
5. What trends are you seeing in the tea industry?
In the current tea culture industry, driven by the World Tea Expo, it is booming. Tea lovers from all over the world have a better understanding of tea. Such a positive development makes a huge contribution to global tea culture.
6. Tell us more about your company.
The company was founded in 2006 by Master Tang Zhaoxia, a national senior arts and crafts artist, Chinese purple sand art master, Guangdong arts and crafts master, Guangdong 38 red flag bearer, China Arts and Crafts Association executive director, Shenzhen Wuxi Chamber of Commerce founding vice president, and a Yixing purple sand family 12th generation descendant. Since childhood, under the words and deeds of Grandpa Tang Fengzhi, a generation of grandmasters in purple sand circles during the Republic of China, she learned to keep in mind the ancestral instruction to speak with works!
In the Chinese purple sand industry, she has won the gold medal of China Arts and Crafts for 15 consecutive years and won the Gold medal of Shenzhen Cultural Expo for 15 consecutive years. She is also the only female artist from China Zisha who won the special Gold Medal of the Panama World Exposition. She has been invited to the United States for five consecutive years to give special lectures on tea culture, and she has also been awarded the honorary citizen of five major cities by the California government. She is the first Chinese purple sand art master to go abroad today, and a powerful representative figure. Nanjing Museum, Chinese Arts and Crafts Museum, China Tea Museum, etc., have her collections.
