The kombucha craze is in high gear. Five kombucha companies have recently released clever new flavors.
GT’s Kombucha Released a Limited Edition Fall Flavor

Los Angeles-based GT’s Living Foods, the original brand that defined ready-to-drink kombucha, released its new limited edition fall flavor, Living in Gratitude. The kombucha is a blend of autumnal flavors: pink lady apple, carrot, turmeric and cider spices. It is available nationwide through Dec. 2018. GT’s Kombucha has partnered with Feeding America, an organization dedicated to combatting hunger with its foodbank network. GT’s asks that its customers post a photo on social media between now and Dec. 31, featuring any bottle of @GTsKombucha with the hashtag #LivingInGratitude. “For each photo posted, GT’s Kombucha will donate 10 meals to families in need up to 500,000 meals,” states a company press release. "Being grateful means taking time each day to appreciate the many blessings in our lives and giving kindness back in return," said GT Dave, CEO and founder of GT's Living Foods. "Our Kombucha is a daily act of gratitude dedicated to nourishing the body, enlightening the mind, and elevating the spirit. Each day, we are thankful for the opportunity to craft this gift and deeply honored to share it with the world."
Humm Kombucha Debuts New Low-Sugar Flavors

Bend, Oregon-based kombucha company, Humm Kombucha, has just debuted a reduced sugar collection consisting of two flavors: Raspberry Hops and Ginger Juniper. Each 8 ounce serving contains only 5 grams of sugar and 25 calories. To lower sugar content, the company replaced fruit with ingredients such as juniper and hops. The juniper is sourced from Oregon’s high desert. The two flavors are packaged in 14 ounce bottles and can be found in 100 locations in the Northwest and 350 stores in the Northeast, with additional distribution planned in the coming year.  
Wild Tonic Introduced Three New Blends

Cottonwood, Arizona-based Wild Tonic kombucha introduced its Hard Jun Kombucha in three flavors: Dancing Naked, Mind Spank and Wild Love. Dancing Naked has notes of Zinfandel. Mind Spank has notes of coffee, chocolate and maple. Wild Love is a blackberry and lavender blend. Each blend contains 7.6 percent alcohol by volume and is sold nationally.

Willunga, South Australia-based Mojo beverages has released thee new kombucha blends: Ginger, Lemon and Mango Lime. The fermented tea is low in sugar, vegan friendly, and crafted in Australia.
