Teatulia Tea Bar is expanding into the new extension of Concourse C at the Denver International Airport (DEN) in Denver, Colo. in 2023. Teatulia is a grower, producer and seller of fine teas and botanicals that are ethically sourced worldwide.
“We are excited to offer our delicious teas to DEN travelers, joining other venerated local brands in partnership with Mission Yogurt,” said Tim Bradley, Teatulia’s CEO. “It's a natural next step for us as a rapidly expanding national brand.”
Teautlia teas can be found at local retailers, including Whole Foods, King Soopers, Locavore, Natural Grocers, and at the company’s website.
The upcoming Teatulia Tea Bar at the Denver International Airport will offer a menu “steeped in creativity,” according to the company, to enrich guests with a garden-to-cup tea experience.
The Tea Bar will also have coffee drinks, pastries and on-the-go food options, but the focus is on customers grabbing a cup of quality tea as they prepare for their travels.
For Teatulia, the concept of the Teatulia Tea Bar began as a place to relax with a cup of tea and to get insight into Teatulia’s innovations and mission of ethically sourced teas. The company’s first tea bar – in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver – closed in December 2020 during the pandemic.
Today, Teatulia hopes to take its new tea bar model – starting with the bar at the Denver airport – to the next level, with plans to offer franchising and licensing opportunities in the near future.
“Our DIA [Denver International Airport] partnership will bring Teatulia to travelers on a high-traffic location between gates 62 and 64 of the brilliant concourse C East expansion in early 2023,” said Bradley, who wants to bring delicious and sustainable choices to travelers.
“We hope to build on its success by leveraging partnerships to place Teatulia Tea Bars in other high-traffic locations in travel, office and educational settings in the future,” he added.
Teatulia is a Public Benefit Corporation that’s focused on how its actions impact worldwide communities, and it actively supports ethical organizations like the Whole Planet Foundation and Rainforest Alliance.
