Our roots in tea began in 1955 when our founder Mr. Lam fell in love with the art of making tea. For the following decades he dedicated his life to learning everything there is to know about tea. From the harvesting, roasting and blending processes, every aspect of tea is meticulously done to produce the finest cup of tea.
Mr Lam went from busking tea on the streets of Hong Kong to opening his first store in Hong Kong. This ascent was fueled by his mastery of the delicate art of roasting oolong teas. Through years of dedication and experimentation, he unearthed the secrets behind achieving the perfect balance of aroma, flavor, and texture in each leaf. His unwavering pursuit of perfection transformed our roasted oolongs into sought-after treasures, earning him a reputation as a maestro of tea craftmanship.
