Ginseng Up Introduces Sparkling Tea
Worcester, Massachusetts-based tea company Ginseng Up is delighted to debut its new collection of Mosaic Sparkling Teas. Several months of research and development went in to producing this healthy monk fruit sweetened line of six blends of black or green tea and Korean ginseng.
Ginseng Up is contributing all natural, non-GMO, kosher, and gluten free options to the rapidly growing sparkling ready-to-drink sector of the tea market.
The collection consists of six creative flavors: Lemon and Peach, Orange Mango, Berry Blend, Cucumber Melon, and Sangria.
Ginseng is an adaptogenic herb known for being revitalizing as it is traditionally used for fighting fatigue and coping with stress.
Mosaic Sparkling Teas are available on the company’s website. National and international distribution are in the works.
Sunwink Introduced Ginger Herbal Tonic
Further supporting the waning of soda and the increasing popularity of sparking functional beverages, Sunwink offers a Sparkling Detox Ginger herbal tonic that “makes [consumers’ stomachs] feel better than any kombucha they’ve ever had,” according to a company press release.
The female founded herbal tonic company launched in San Francisco in 2018 and has already had to increase its production volume in response to consumer demand.
The Sparkling Detox Ginger herbal tonic contains dandelion and burdock root, which aid the body’s release of digestive enzymes. The low sugar tonic is lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup and each bottle has only 35-50 calories. The company takes pride in using only simple, clean ingredients. “Sunwink puts thought and care into their blends, taking the time necessary to think about which plants they use and what they want to achieve with them,” said Clinical Herbalist, Anne Beauchemin.
Sunwink offers additional herbal tonics in Turmeric Cleanse and Immunity Berry Flavors. All of the tonics can be purchased at drinksunwink.com, at 150 locations in the Bay Area, and at Erewhon in Los Angeles.
Founder Eliza Timpson said, “Sunwink is on a mission to help people incorporate herbs into their daily lives.” Each Sunwink beverage possesses a minimum 1,000 milligrams of herbal extracts, which is 4 – 8 times what the typical tea bag contains.
Sunwink donates 1% of net sales to organizations of the founders’ choosing.
