  Menu News Starbucks Japan Adds Cute Little Cups of Matcha Pudding Starbucks introduced matcha pudding in Japan reports Refinery 29. The matcha pudding is not the typical sugary dessert because it actually contains Vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber. Matcha also has both a calming and an energizing effect. The pudding is packaged in tiny cups resembling Starbucks coffee cups. Each cup has one of these three inspirational quotes written on it: “Each day is a gift,” “Make someone’s day” and “It’s time to start!” The pudding will not be sold in the United States.   Tea Accessory News KitchenAid Announces New Kettles

KitchenAid is introducing two new Precision Kettles. Each stainless steel kettle has a gooseneck spout and is available in stovetop and electric models. The kettles hold up to 1 liter and have settings for three flow rates. The kettles are designed for precise pour control, according to a company press release. "The streamlined design and accuracy allow consumers to precisely pour their preferred beverage without needing the skills of a trained barista," said Daniel Galea, global product marketing manager for KitchenAid. A brew range thermometer on the lid of the kettles displays the temperature of the water. The Precision Kettles will become available in August.
