NESTEA Travels With a Tiny House to Show ‘Less is More’

Representing NESTEA’s “less is more” philosophy is a tiny house promotion that will travel to different cities in the United States. The tiny house serves as a metaphor for the simplicity of NESTEA’s teas. NESTEA reformulated its classic iced teas with five simple ingredients: tea, real sugar, water, rooibos and citric acid. The teas are free of artificial flavors, colors and high fructose corn syrup. Here are the promo points.
Actress Anna Camp launches the new NESTEA in Herald Square at the NESTEA Tiny House on May 17, 2017 in New York City. Designed in part by bloggers Southern Bite, Inspired by Charm, and Hapa Time, the NESTEA Tiny House is unveiled in Herald Square.
The promotion: A 200-square-foot tiny house was designed and built by husband-and-wife team Erik and Chrissy Kopplin of KCC Design + Build on Long Island, New York, and first presented on May 17 in New York City’s Herald Square. Visitors can tour the tiny house and taste NESTEA’s new collection of reformulated classic iced teas and premium real brewed iced teas. Where: It spent last weekend at Boston’s Harborfest in Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park. The next stop on the Tiny House Tour will be in Chicago on July 16 near the finish line of the Rock ’n’ Roll Chicago Half Marathon in Butler Field. The tiny house will be open to the public at 9 a.m. The deal: In addition to free, full-size samples of NESTEA’s teas, attendees can register to be eligible to win free NESTEA for one year. Find it: Follow NESTEA on Facebook and Twitter for additional NESTEA Tiny House stops in the future. Learn more about NESTEA’s tea collections at https://www.nestea.com. Marrying trends: NESTEA’s promo taps two trends: bottled tea and tiny houses. Bottled tea is a healthy and convenient alternative to soda. The 2014 Fact Sheet of the Tea Association of the USA assessed RTD tea sales growth over the previous decade to be more than 15 fold, according to Food Dive. Tiny homes are designed to provide affordable housing that is efficient and portable. This promotion brings together two popular products with a similar “less is more” philosophy behind them and celebrates it. Look inside the tiny house:
