The Republic of Tea to Offer Biodegradable K-Cups

The Republic of Tea is now the first specialty tea company to launch a new line of environmentally friendly, single-serve One Cuppa™ teas, which are compatible with most popular single-serve brewing machines. In keeping with The Republic of Tea’s commitment to sustainability and harmony with the environment, One Cuppa’s are 95% biodegradable. The Republic of Tea joins the likes of Tazo, Lipton, and Teavana, in this decision to offer consumers single serve tea options. However, these biodegradable K-Cups are the first of its kind.
