Impressing a date or a friend is a no-brainer with these perfect tea mocktail and cocktail recipes that will certainly set the mood.
Pukka’s Galentine's Day Pomegranate Mocktail
(Serves Two)
Ingredients:
- 100 ml of pomegranate juice – 50 ml per glass
- Two Pukka Love tea bags
- Rose water (optional) – 1 tsp per glass
- Fresh rose petal (optional) – 1 per glass
- Mocktail option: sparkling water; cocktail option: champagne or prosecco (enough to top each glass)
Directions:
- Cover the tea bags with 170 ml boiling water. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes in a covered container.
- Strain and leave to cool in the fridge for two hours.
- When ready to serve, put in a glass 50 ml of Love tea and 50 ml of pomegranate juice.
- Top up with champagne or prosecco or sparkling water (depending on your preference for a mocktail or cocktail).
- Add some rosewater, if you like.
- Decorate with a fresh rose petal.
Lipton’s Strawberry Matcha Infused Tea Mocktail
(Serves Two)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 4 cups water
- 4 Lipton Magnificent Matcha Green Tea with Japanese Matcha
Directions:
- Add freeze-dried strawberries to a bowl; use the back of a spoon to crush into a powder (don’t worry if some strawberries remain in small pieces – both the powder and the pieces will go into the tea).
- In a small saucepan, add water, Lipton Magnificent Matcha Green Tea with Matcha Tea Bags, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and allow the water to simmer but not boil. Steep for an additional two to three minutes.
- Remove tea bags from the water, strain into two mugs. Enjoy!
Pure Leaf’s The No Heartbreak Cocktail
(Serves One)
Ingredients:
- 4 OZ. Pure Leaf Raspberry Tea
- Red sugar, for rim of glass (optional)
- 1 OZ. vodka
- 1/2 OZ. raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 OZ. simple syrup, plus more for rimming
- Raspberries, garnish
Directions:
- Dip rim of glass in simple syrup and red sugar to rim; set aside.
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all ingredients, except garnish.
- Shake until well-chilled and strain into glass rimmed with sugar.5. Garnish and serve.
TAZO’s Spicy Cocomelon Mocktail (or Cocktail)

(Serves One)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup TAZO Iced Watermelon Cucumber
- ½ cup Fresh Watermelon Juice
- ¼ cup Coconut Water
- 1 Dash Hot Sauce
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Garnish: Watermelon Wedge and Cucumber Ribbon
Directions:
- Pour TAZO Iced Watermelon Cucumber over ice into a mason jar.
- Add watermelon juice, coconut water, hot sauce and salt.
- Cover the mason jar and shake until combined.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge and cucumber ribbon
- Optional: Add ¼ cup of tequila or mezcal with step No. 1 to make this a cocktail.
