Questex’s World Tea News and its Editor, Aaron Kiel, received a significant honor this past week as a finalist in the prestigious “Folio: Eddie & Ozzie Awards” for 2023.
Kiel, who has worked with the tea industry for the past 15 years, represents World Tea News as a finalist in the “Eddie” category for “Range of Work by a Single Author – B2B."
B2B means “business to business” and this award category focuses on editorial content that’s more commercial focused, geared around a particular industry.
In Kiel’s category, fellow finalists include writers from PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PwC) Strategy+business magazine, InvestmentNews and Security Business magazine.
The annual Eddie & Ozzie Awards are touted as the most prestigious recognition program in the publishing community, honoring excellence in editorial content and design across print and digital media around the globe.
The awards are divided into two classifications: The Eddie awards honor examples of exceptional editorial/journalism, and the Ozzie awards recognize cut-above-the-rest examples of design excellence in magazine/media publishing. The competition highlights everything from printed magazines, digital issues and eNewsletters, news coverage, blogs, podcasts and more.
This year, the highly competitive awards program received and reviewed more than 1,100 entries for the roughly 170 categories.
World Tea News is in excellent company with other top-tier finalists in various categories (both consumer-focused and B2B), such as – Harvard Business Review, CNET, Consumer Reports, MarthaStewart.com, Wine Enthusiast, Progressive Grocer, QSR, Convenience Store News, Real Simple, Yahoo! Finance, WebMD and many more.
