Save the Date: World Tea Virtual Summit to Take Place March 15-16, 2021

Connect with the Industry
From the organizers of the World Tea Conference + Expo and World Tea Academy, the upcoming Summit will feature insightful educational sessions, a new Tea Tycoons program and opportunities to connect with the industry.

The opening session will be presented by Shabnam Weber, president of The Tea and Herbal Association of Canada. She’ll offer an update on the tea industry in North America, review trends, and evaluate how the past 10 months have impacted us all.

Alfonso Wright and Jamila McGill of Brooklyn Tea will also present a session, titled “Social Media Geared for the Tea Industry – Good Taste, Good Tea and Good Social Media.”

Registration, along with the full conference program, speakers and additional details, will be available in early February at https://www.worldteaexpo.com/virtualsummit.

“During our last summit – which covered how to pivot your business into survival mode – we were thrilled to share timely insights and information on what the tea community can do to get through these most challenging times,” said FaithAnn Bailes, content manager for Questex’s World Tea Virtual Summit and the World Tea Conference + Expo. “We also heard some stories about the hurdles so many are facing during these difficult times.”

Bailes added, “The tea community has always helped and supported each other – either with a bit of useful information, advice or providing needed product or services. That’s why I feel that these World Tea Virtual Summits are so important to our community. We get a chance to unite, discuss and share vital knowledge while staying connected to each other. I realize that many of our tea luminaries are starting to retire, and we are flooded with new, young entrepreneurs in the tea community, which makes sharing NOW all the more important. Mark your calendars for March 15 and 16, 2021, so we can all get together again and share all things tea.”
